3. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment is typically required 30 days prior to departure. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by tour and season. Generally, cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure receive a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 60 days may be subject to penalties. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Travel Requirements

Participants must meet minimum age and fitness requirements for certain tours. Valid identification and any required travel documents are the responsibility of the traveler. Medical conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed at booking.

6. Safety and Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, wilderness travel involves inherent risks. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by our guides. Voyages Boreal is not liable for injuries, illness, or damages that may occur during tours except where caused by our negligence.

7. Weather and Itinerary Changes

Tours are subject to weather conditions and may be modified or cancelled for safety reasons. We reserve the right to change itineraries, accommodations, or activities as necessary. No refunds are provided for minor itinerary changes, though we will make every effort to provide equivalent experiences.

8. Photography and Media

By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included in marketing materials, please inform your guide at the beginning of your tour.

9. Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to sustainable tourism practices. Participants are expected to respect the natural environment, follow Leave No Trace principles, and comply with all park regulations and wildlife viewing guidelines.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and tour descriptions, is the property of Voyages Boreal and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
